Technical Support Analyst – Kingsley Napley
Kingsley Napley (KN) are looking for a Technical Support Analyst to join our IT Team. This role will act as the first point of contact for over 500 firm members, providing exceptional technical support and issue resolution in a collaborative and dynamic team environment. This role requires a customer‑centric approach, excellent communication skills, and a passion for problem‑solving to ensure a seamless and positive user experience.
Key Responsibilities
* The Face of IT: You will be a key stakeholder in ensuring everyone loves IT when it comes to meeting and greeting our users and clients.
* Be the problem‑solver: You’ll be our go‑to expert, diagnosing and resolving IT issues with speed and efficiency, ensuring our users stay productive.
* Master the tech: You’ll become a master of our IT systems, scheduling updates, deploying patches, and keeping everything running like a well‑oiled machine.
* Collaborate and overcome: You’ll work closely with our team and even third‑party vendors to find the best solutions for even the toughest challenges.
* Champion knowledge sharing: You’ll document your wisdom and contribute to our knowledge base, empowering others to solve problems and learn.
* Safeguard our systems: You’ll play a key role in maintaining security, ensuring our data and systems are protected.
* Embrace continuous improvement: You’ll have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement and contribute to making our IT services even better.
About the Role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our users, tackling technical challenges head‑on in a fast‑paced and supportive team environment. From troubleshooting tricky software glitches to diving deep into system mysteries, you’ll keep our business running smoothly.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with proven experience in a technical support role. Knowledge of Windows 11 operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and legal software applications will be beneficial – but we can upskill anyone who does not have this experience.
