3. Manage the front desk by greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently and professionally.
5. Maintain a tidy and organised reception area at all times.
6. Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings as needed.
7. Provide administrative support to the wider team, including document preparation and filing.
8. Monitor and order office supplies to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
9. Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services.
10. Handle ad hoc tasks and responsibilities as directed by management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Receptionist should have:
11. Previous experience in a similar reception or front-of-house role, ideally within the Property industry.
12. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour.
13. Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
14. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
15. A customer-focused mindset, with the ability to handle queries effectively.
16. Self-motivation and a proactive approach to tasks.
