Job Description
3. Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
4. Support budgeting and forecasting processes to aid financial planning and decision-making.
5. Monitor and report on variances, providing insights to management.
6. Assist with cash flow forecasting and financial modelling.
7. Maintain and improve financial controls and processes.
8. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
9. Prepare financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
10. Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards and regulations.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
11. A professional accounting qualification (Part-Qualified ACCA or CIMA) or relevant degree in Accounting & Finance.
12. Strong technical accounting skills, particularly in management accounting.
13. SAGE 200, Oracle & Microsoft Dynamics is a bonus
14. Experience within the FMCG sector is advantageous.
15. Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
16. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
17. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
18. Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders.
