Clinic-based Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) in Stanlow, Cheshire. Minimum 3 days per week on site.
Responsibilities
* Attend a number of clinics or on-site appointments as directed by Occupational Health Schedulers.
* Provide the full remit of occupational health, including remote case management, fit-to-work medicals, health surveillance, health promotion, vaccination programmes, wellbeing services, and training services.
Qualifications and Experience
* Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
* Occupational Health qualification recorded on Part 3 of the Nursing and Midwifery Council register (ideal but not essential).
* HAV’s Tier 3 qualified (or willing to undertake training).
* Confident working alone with a proactive, can‑do attitude and resilient personality.
* Good communication skills at all levels.
* Ability to remain motivated in a challenging working environment.
* Computer literate with good keyboard skills.

* Take responsibility for maintaining evidence of continued personal development.
* Attend all relevant internal and external training.
* Commit to and take responsibility for personal development.
* Share learning experiences with team members.
* Discuss personal development needs with the Line Manager to consistently achieve best practice and improve performance.
* Willing to pursue further qualifications as required by current legislation.
