Service Care Solutions is hiring an Associate/Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Social Care division. If you’re motivated, target-driven, and enjoy working with people, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career with full training and progression.
You will be responsible for building and managing a nationwide network of Social Workers across temporary and permanent public sector roles. You’ll work in a dynamic, target-driven environment where no two days are the same.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sourcing, screening, and placing candidates into roles across the UK
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to placement
Building and maintaining strong relationships with Social Workers and clients
Working with Local Authorities, Charities, and private sector organisations
Supporting temporary staff with onboarding and timesheets
Growing and managing your own candidate talent pool

Customer-facing or sales experience (e.g. retail, telesales, customer service) is a plus

The Serious Details:
Basic salary £25,000- £28,000
