Overview
Our client is an award-winning Managed Service Provider (MSP), recognised for delivering high-quality IT support and exceptional customer service. They are seeking a motivated 1st Line Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support and act as the first point of contact for end users.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide remote office support to end users
* Log and manage incidents and service requests via a ticketing system
* Troubleshoot issues across Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
* Perform basic Active Directory user administration
* Support hardware, peripherals, and meeting room technology
* Escalate complex issues to 2nd line teams with clear documentation
* Deliver excellent customer service and maintain SLA standards
Essential Skills & Experience
* Experience in a 1st Line IT Support role (MSP exposure beneficial)
* Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
* Basic Active Directory experience
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* UK Driving License Required
