Your main responsibilities as a Nurse include:
Assessing all aspects of clients' care needs and providing health supervision and direct nursing care when required
Assessing social and health care needs of new clients and maintaining ongoing assessments and reviews
Ensuring client care plans are completed and maintained in collaboration with clients, relatives, and healthcare professionals, following NMC guidelines and company policy
Administering prescribed medicines and documenting in accordance with procedures and NMC guidelines
Practicing with integrity in all dealings with clients' personal and financial affairs
Supervising and instructing junior and new staff members, providing guidance as needed
Attending mandatory training days/courses as required
Establishing and maintaining good communication with clients, relatives, and the multidisciplinary team; providing administrative support when necessary
