The Role
We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Operative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be working in both tenanted and untenanted social housing properties, covering a wide range of maintenance and installation tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* General property maintenance and refurbishment work
* 1st and 2nd fix plumbing
* Joinery (including door hanging, skirting, stud walls etc.)
* Tiling (walls and floors)
* Painting and decorating
* Patch plastering
* Wet room and bathroom installations
* Poly Floor laying
* Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations
* Liaising professionally with tenants, clients, and team members
Requirements:
* CSCS Card (minimum requirement)
* Proven experience in a similar multi-skilled role within the construction or maintenance sector
* Strong ability to work across multiple trades
* Good communication skills and a respectful attitude towards tenants
* Full UK driving license
