Graduate Scheme – Business Consultant
Columbus, a global leader in digital solutions and consulting, is opening registration for its 2026 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Graduate Programme.
Location: Nottingham office‑based for the initial 6‑month training, 3 days per week. After training, you may base yourself anywhere in the UK.
Salary: Approximately £29,000 basic with benefits, rising to around £60,000 after 4 years based on performance.
Start date: September 2026 (date to be confirmed).

Key Responsibilities
* Provide consultancy expertise throughout the project lifecycle of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP implementations.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating commercial focus and a positive self‑starter attitude.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to tackle complex business challenges and improve processes.
Qualifications & Essential Skills
* Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering or Manufacturing.
* Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for 6 months of office‑based training.
* Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
* Proactive, confident, and able to navigate the business landscape.
* Flexibility to travel within the UK and abroad; access to a vehicle for commuting.
