The Role
IT Support Specialist requires specialized technical should have:
* Hands-on technical support for Dublin office
* Strong troubleshooting skills, experience with Mac/Windows, SaaS systems, and Google Workspace
Your Responsibilities
1. IT and technical support to Dublin office.
2. Troubleshoot Mac / Windows, SaaS systems, and Google Workspace.
3. Technical troubleshooting: Installing and configuring client computer systems.
4. Diagnosing and fixing computer, network, software (OS, apps), and mobile device issues via phone, chat, or in-person.
5. Responding to client IT support requests.
6. Meeting with clients to diagnose software, networking, or hardware issues.
7. User support: Assisting employees with technology questions, guiding them through complex systems, and resolving support requests logged in ticketing systems.
