We have an exciting opportunity for an Employee Communication Business Partner to join our Employee Communication and Engagement division (part of the HR and Employee Communication directorate) on an 18-month fixed term contract basis.
Within this role, you'll play a key part in partnering with a variety of our directorates and will work closely with directorate specific Employee Communication Business Partners to support their business-as-usual activities. You'll work closely with the leadership teams to deliver engaging communications that enhance and promote strategic and operational business priorities to support improved organisational performance, staff engagement and employee relations.
But that's not all; you will be part of a corporate team of Business Partners and will provide directorates with employee communication and engagement advice, guidance and tactical support to ensure successful execution and delivery of key activities which align with our Employee Communication and Engagement strategy. The ability to lead a project through its lifecycle to deliver innovative communication solutions whilst meeting deadlines and stakeholder expectation is essential.
