What You’ll Be Doing
1. Providing 2nd line technical support across a range of SME clients
2. Troubleshooting and resolving issues across Windows Server environments
3. Managing and maintaining Active Directory and Group Policy
4. Supporting Azure AD / Entra, Office 365, Exchange Online
5. Participating in system upgrades, migrations, and project work
6. Contributing to documentation and process improvements
7. Escalating complex issues where needed and working closely with senior engineers
What We’re Looking For
8. Proven experience in a 2nd Line or Systems Administrator role within an MSP (or similarly fast-paced environment)
9. Strong knowledge of Active Directory, including user/group admin and GPO
10. Hands-on experience with Azure / Azure AD
11. Solid understanding of Office 365 administration
12. Experience troubleshooting Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and backup solutions
13. Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
14. A proactive approach—keen to learn and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
