We are looking to recruit new graduates who share our passion for high standards in quality and delivery performance in operations.


The Role

Our Operations Graduate Scheme has been designed to make sure you develop all the necessary skills you will need to kickstart a successful career within Epwin Window Systems. The 18-month programme will provide you with an in-depth practical understanding of the operations processes, structure and systems. You will gain extensive experience in a fast-paced production environment and rotate across different operational functions including production, engineering and warehousing, delivering process improvements and large‑scale projects in each area, which may be focused on improving capacity, cost efficiency, material yield, waste elimination,, quality, lead time reduction, delivery performance and adoption of new innovations/technologies. You will also support investment projects for the introduction of new plant and equipment to future‑proof the business. As one of our Graduates, you will be paired with a senior mentor who will guide and support you throughout the programme.


The Candidate

We are looking for passionate, highly driven, motivated, focused and enthusiastic individuals to help us deliver even higher standards in operations, whilst developing key skills to be capable of taking up leadership roles within the business. Must be a proactive team‑player, hands‑on, logical thinker with the ability to problem solve, a good communicator and comfortable engaging with people at all levels in the business who can lead by example and possesses a can‑do improvement mind‑set.


Requirements

You will need to have gained a degree in a relevant discipline such as Production Engineering, Manufacturing Systems, Chemical, Mechatronics or other suitable engineering certification, together with excellent IT and presentation skills. A full driving license is essential and flexibility to travel if required.
