Morgan McKinley is working with a lovely company based in Haverhill, who is looking for a Finance Administrator to support the Finance team. The Accounts Assistant will be assisting with everyday Finance admin such as, processing payments, filing, handling customer invoice queries etc. This is a lovely Finance support role which is ideal for someone with some accounts experience or looking to kick start their career in Finance.
Finance Assistant duties:
Supporting the Accounts team with everyday accounts admin
Processing incoming payments
Handling customer queries and taking payments from customers over the telephone
Processing and administering monthly payments
Data entry, scanning and filing of accounts documentsSkills and experience:
Ideally have some experience of working in an Accounts / Finance team
Data entry and admin skills
