We are looking for a customer service representative to join our team in Cirencester. The role is Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm plus some evenings and Saturday mornings.
The candidate must be flexible to cover holidays etc..
Hourly pay - to increase based on performance
The role is mainly order taking via telephone and email whilst making report to build a strong relationship with our customers. Successful candidates will also need to handle customer queries and complaints in a calm and professional manor. They will need to liaise with our drivers to organise any second deliveries and make sure all shortages are properly dealt with.
Other duties include -
General office admin e.g., filing, sending invoices etc
Booking in supplier deliveries
Keeping the office clean and tidy
Must be confident using computers and typing.
Must be confident speaking on the phone and making outbound calls
Fruit & Veg knowledge preferred but not essential
Previous customer service experience is desirable
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.80 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40.5 per week
