Sellafield Ltd is seeking a dynamic People Systems Analyst to spearhead the development and implementation of state-of-the-art HR technology solutions, shaping the future of our enterprise and digital strategies.
As the People Systems Analyst, you will be the technical design authority for our HR technology landscape, leading complex and transformational change projects. Your mission is to deliver best-of-breed technology solutions that optimize processes, enhance data integrity, and provide actionable insights, supporting a high-performing, data-driven workplace.
Starting Salary: £66,630 with the opportunity to earn £72,224
Further salary progression available subject to performance in role
Bonus: Up to 15% base salary per annum based on achievement of Company targets and personal performance.
Working Pattern: Days (37 hours per week, typical hours are 07:30 – 15:40 or 08:10 – 16:20)

What will the successful candidate be doing:
Responsibilities:
Strategy:
* Lead on the exploration of emerging HR technologies.
* Continuously assess trends to inform our future technology roadmap.
Stakeholder Management:
* Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to deliver fit-for-purpose technology solutions.
* Serve as the primary liaison between HR and technology teams.
* Engage with external vendors and consultants to implement HR technology solutions.
System Analysis and Design:
* Lead the functional analysis and architectural design of HR technology solutions.
* Ensure alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
Implementation and Support:
* Oversee the development, testing and delivery of new HR systems and enhancements.
* Ensure robust and secure integration of HRIS with other business on-premise and SaaS applications.
Project Management:
* Lead and deliver complex HR technology projects to within budget, time and quality constraints.
* Manage schedules, resources, risks and stakeholder communication.
* Regularly engage with the supply chain and identify system implementation partners.
User Training and Support:
* Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
* Provide technical support and resolve system-related issues.
Continuous Improvement:
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements.
* Stay current with HR technology trends and recommend innovative solutions.
Governance and Compliance:
* Establish and enforce policies and procedures related to HR systems usage.
* Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including data privacy and security standards.
The Ideal Candidate:
Essential Skills:
* In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors EC or other Tier 1 Core HR applications (Workday, Oracle)
* Broad knowledge of HR processes and services, including recruitment onboarding, core HR, payroll, and performance management
* Experience with CRM and service management solutions
* Experience in producing technical specifications and design documentation
* Proven track record of full lifecycle implementations of HRIS modules
* Comprehensive understanding of information security risks and GDPR requirements
* Excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills
Desirable:
* SAP SuccessFactors certifications, CIPD, APM, ITIL, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications
