Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- The Role: As Executive Assistant to the Project Director and GSA Delivery Leadership Team, you will be the organisational heartbeat of the project, providing high‑level administrative, analytical and logistical support to ensure leaders can operate at their best.
- Oversee multiple senior diaries and optimise schedules.
- Produce polished reports, presentations and confidential documentation.
- Screen communications and respond on behalf of executives.
- Arrange meetings, conferences and travel (UK & overseas).
- Coordinate project events, community engagement and charity initiatives.
- Run data analysis, reports and support ad‑hoc project tasks.
- Build strong relationships across the project team and wider stakeholders.
- Keep accurate and secure records, always ensuring confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or senior administrator.
- Outstanding organisational skills and a proactive, solutions‑driven mindset.
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a busy team environment.
- Ability to build rapport at all levels, quickly and effectively.
- Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Office & SharePoint).
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of discretion.
- A flexible, resilient and forward‑thinking attitude.
