* Oversee senior and executive recruitment and the employee value proposition

About You

You will bring substantial senior HR leadership experience, ideally gained in a complex public sector or similarly regulated environment, with the credibility and confidence to influence at senior level.

* Proven experience leading complex organisational change including TUPE
* Deep understanding of employment legislation, workforce policies and public‑sector governance frameworks
* A strong track record in organisational development and workforce planning
* Experience building and leading professional HR teams
