What you'll be doing: * Translate annual strategic plans into actionable delivery and execution plans. * Measure and report on outcomes using KPIs, providing insights to senior stakeholders. * Support CAPEX investment planning and oversee performance across a large portfolio. * Extract, manipulate, and analyse data from multiple sources to create meaningful reports and presentations. * Present insights confidently, building trust and influencing decision-making. * Manage demand for resources, ensuring initiatives align with business objectives and are supported by solid business cases. * Lead the annual planning cycle, change management processes, and KPI reporting frameworks. * Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimise processes and improve efficiency.
