Customer Service Administrator £25,000 - £27,000 per annum quarterly bonus Location: Hams Hall, Birmingham Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm (½ hour lunch) Type: Permanent, Full-Time, Office-Based Benefits 28 days holiday (including bank holidays) Option to buy up to 5 extra days holiday per year Company sick pay Save As You Earn Scheme Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay Comprehensive Learning & Development programmes Pension Plan This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Customer Service Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team based at the Hams Hall office. We are exclusively working with this client and are hiring multiple Customer Service Administrators on their behalf. The role is ideally suited to someone who enjoys a varied administrative workload and takes pride in delivering accurate, high-quality customer service. Key Responsibilities Provide first-class customer service within the team. Manage and respond to customer queries accurately and efficiently. Input and process customer orders on internal systems with strong attention to detail. Print and prepare delivery notes and associated documentation. Liaise with the warehouse team when required to support order fulfilment and deliveries. Maintain and update systems accurately. Work collaboratively within a team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining service excellence. Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and customer experience. Skills & Experience Required Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role. Strong written communication skills with a professional email manner. A great listener with a customer-focused mindset. Confident handling customer queries. Good working knowledge of Word and Excel. Excellent organisational skills and high attention to detail. Proactive, reliable, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
