In the Customer Advisor / Call Centre role, you will be:
1. Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, Live Chat, and SMS, booking appointments, and providing product/service support
2. Making targeted outbound calls to schedule or reschedule appointments, maximise schedules, and highlight promotions
3. Recording all customer interactions accurately in the CRM and ensuring a high-quality customer experience
To be successful in the Customer Advisor / Call Centre role, you will need:
4. Previous experience in a customer-focused role
5. Strong IT skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook and the ability to learn new systems quickly
6. A calm and collected approach under pressure in a fast-paced environment
7. Excellent phone skills, including handling complaints effectively
8. Empathy, patience, and the ability to assist clients with communication difficulties
9. High attention to detail and accuracy
10. A flexible, team-oriented approach
This is a temporary role for a period of 12 weeks initially working full time with a 4-week rotating shift pattern including some evenings and Saturdays. You'll be based in modern offices in Llandudno (accessible via public transport) and on an hourly rate of £12.21 + benefits.
