My client is a well-established and successful estate agency company with offices across the country and is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager based in their Windsor branch.

The successful Senior Sales Manager will be offered:
1. £35,000 Basic
2. £60,000 OTE

Working hours:
6. 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM Monday to Friday,
7. 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturdays (Alternate)
Senior Sales Manager requirements:
8. Full UK Driver’s license + access to own car
9. Previous managerial experience within property
10. Display high standards of presentation and service
11. Proactive and positive approach to business generation
12. Results driven individual, hardworking, and focused
13. Excellent ability to build rapport and exceptional customer service skills
14. Use your initiative for increasing market growth
15. Ability to listen to customers and meet their needs and requirements when buying and selling a property
Tasks of a Senior Sales Manager will include, but will not be limited to:
16. Oversee the management of the branch through
17. Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
18. Maximising income profit and growth revenues
19. Develop long-standing working relationships with clients
20. Manage performance of employees via reviews, meetings, regular 121’s
21. Successfully list a targeted number of properties
22. Increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets
