Circa £42,000-£48,000 depending on experience

3-4 days per week on-site due to workload classification

The opportunity
You will act as the interface between our design and manufacturing teams, supporting highly advanced launcher assemblies. This role offers a true engineering challenge in your core discipline(s) with scope for personal growth and development. Working within design support is rewarding as you see designs come to life and help shape products for our customers.
What we're looking for from you:
You should demonstrate the following attributes:
* Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) with experience in designing products/systems and supporting designs through manufacturing.
* Proven experience in Analogue and Digital Electronics design.
* Investigative skills to identify root causes of design issues and propose robust solutions.
* Ability to work autonomously, lead work delivery, and engage stakeholders effectively.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing skills, and clear documentation abilities.
* Experience supporting manufacturing issues and implementing Design for Manufacture improvements.
