An instantly recognisable, global brand has an exciting opportunity for an Indirect Tax Manager to join their compliance team. This is an exciting time to join as the business is going through a large scale software transformation. This role will be key in ensuring this transition is smooth and embedding tax processes into new systems.
The purpose of this role is to transition the indirect tax compliance function into a 'best in class' with efficient tax processes using automation. Responsibilities
* Develop scalable, automated compliance processes for VAT, GST, WHT, and other taxes.
* Ensure timely and accurate preparation of VAT returns, delegating tasks as appropriate and supporting the development of Tax Analysts
* Maintain strong internal controls and documentation standards
* Develop tax reports that provide clear insights, identify risks, and support strategic decisions
* Partner with finance teams to integrate and optimise tax processes.
