NIGHT Staff Nurse
RMHN/ LD/RGN Neurorehabilitation
Location: York - Brainkind Neurological Centre, Bishopthorpe Road, YO23 1DE
Salary: £37,630.70 - £46,150.53 per annum DOE
Hours: Full-time contracts are 38.5 hours, covering 7 x 12-hour shifts every two weeks.
We are looking for nurses to join our team at our brand new flagship service.
Brainkind Neurological Centre York is a purpose-built, 40-bed, state-of-the-art independent hospital providing high-quality neuropsychiatric, neurobehavioral assessment, and rehabilitation services for individuals following an acquired brain injury, along with additional mental health and physical conditions.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
* Current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council (RMN, RNLD, RGN)
* Motivated, enthusiastic, and flexible
* Friendly, approachable, with good people skills, care, and empathy
* Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team
Desirable:
* Experience with acquired brain injury
* Knowledge of the Mental Health Act & Mental Capacity Act
* Recognized practice assessor/supervisor
* Understanding of risk assessment and management
* Good IT and keyboard skills with experience in computerised record systems
We offer a preceptorship programme for newly registered practitioners, lasting 6-12 months, providing support and mentorship as you transition from student to autonomous professional.
