OVERVIEW:
- Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including acquisitions and disposals
- Act on both freehold and leasehold transactions
- Handle a proportion of residential property files, offering a well:rounded mix of work
- Advise a broad client base, including SMEs, developers, landlords and investors
- Provide clear, pragmatic guidance throughout each transaction
- Maintain strong organisation and effectively prioritise within a busy, fast paced caseload
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE in both commercial and residential property matters
- Confident managing files independently from instruction through to completion
- Comfortable liaising directly with clients and third parties
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to manage competing deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrates a practical, solution focused approach
- Proactive, dependable and thrives in a client:facing environment
- Commercially aware, detail:oriented and skilled at building long:term client relationships
