Job Title: Therapeutic Care Worker Location: Rudford, Gloucestershire / Worcestershire borders Salary: £29,500 - £33,000 per annum Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Therapeutic Care Workers to join a leading specialist provider supporting young people aged 6 to 21 who have experienced trauma and emotional difficulties. Key Responsibilities: Provide a safe, nurturing, and structured environment for young people with complex needs Support residents through emotional and behavioural challenges with empathy and professionalism Work collaboratively with the team to implement personalised care plans Maintain accurate records and report on residents’ progress and wellbeing Assist with daily routines, activities, and educational support as required Contribute to a positive, stable environment that promotes growth and resilience Requirements: Right to work in the UK Enhanced DBS clearance (company funded) 21 years of age or older (in line with regulatory requirements) Full manual driving licence Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends Reside within 20 miles of the head office at GL19 3NY (preferred) Empathetic, calm, and reflective approach Strong team player committed to professional growth Reliable, emotionally resilient, and adaptable in managing complex situations Whether you are new to the sector, returning to care work, or seeking a fulfilling role in a close-knit environment, we welcome your application to become a Therapeutic Care Worker in this vital and rewarding field.
