Main duties of the job Provide effective leadership: Motivate, train and support care staff through supervision and feedback, leading shifts, care practice monitoring and role modelling excellent standards. Support daily living : Help with daily activities including personal care and administering medication, ensuring the comfort, wellbeing and safety of our residents during the day or at night Person-centred care : Tailor your care planning to meet the unique needs of each resident.
