What will you be doing?
1. Working with learners at their place of work, in most cases for many of the UKs best loved names within the industry.
2. Coaching learners on the knowledge skills and behaviours they need to achieve their apprenticeship standard.
3. Providing support, guidance and motivation that helps them to get career-building qualifications.
4. Keeping clear records of learner progress, goal setting and achievements through our bespoke learner platform (training provided).
What will you bring to the role?
5. Experience of working in one of the following areas in a hotel setting for more than 3 months : F&B, reception and housekeeping?
6. Experience of working in a kitchen preparing and serving food?
7. NVQ at level 2 in Hospitality
8. Extensive, relevant vocational experience in food & beverage, food production, reception, housekeeping or beverage service or team leader.
9. Ability to work in high demand environments, to targets and tight deadlines
10. Strong communication and self-motivation skills
11. Ability to working autonomously
It would be great if you had
12. Previous experience of delivering training in your sector
13. Experience of working with or alongside apprentices in your current or previous role
