Job Responsibilities
* Learn and operate metal finishing machinery, including robots, blasters, belt sanders, die grinders, presses, deburring and straightening machines.
* Assist in the casting department, operating pneumatic machinery to transfer molds and pour liquid metal.
* Perform quality inspections on metal parts to meet AS9100 standards.
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following company safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and improve manufacturing processes.
What You Bring
* Eager to Learn - No experience needed; we'll train you! Investment casting experience is a plus but not required.
* Strong Work Ethic - Ability to follow instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Attention to Detail - Maintain quality standards for precision aerospace and defense components.
* Basic Computer Skills - Ability to enter data and follow digital work instructions.
* High School Diploma/GED - Or equivalent experience.
