HR Operations Manager– Epsom or Birmingham – 12 Month Fixed term Contract (24 – 37.5 hours per week)- £45,000 - £52,000 FTE
Our client is a global Management and Engineering Consultancy and they are looking for a candidate who is experienced in supporting HR operations and ensuring optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction
.
The role team focuses on continuous system and process improvements and enhancing customer experience.
You will need to have worked within a Global organisation to be considered for this role.
Working Patterns and location – This is a hybrid role with 60% of time spent on site. They are looking for someone to work between 24 and 37.5 hours per week. One day has to be a Wednesday but they are flexible with other days/hours.
The Key Responsibilities of a HR Operations Manager:
* Accountable for providing internal consultation and collaborating with IT, HR, and business teams.
* Monitoring feedback related to IT systems and facilitating improvements within these systems.
* Overseeing the user/customer experience and provide feedback to stakeholders on system experience, and securing global approval for enhancements.
* Supporting the automation and integration of enhancements, as well as supporting the implementation of chatbots within HR systems.
* Support and develop two junior employees.
* Act as the escalation point for users/the business.
* Support the development of Workday/ServiceNow.
* Oversee data quality, governance, and management.
* Manage and resolve complex system and process queries.
* Proactively drive continuous system and process improvements utilising data analytics and customer engagement.
* Collaborate with global HR colleagues for efficiency and alignment.
Below is a list of Key Skills required for a HR Operations Manager role, however you will not be expected to have everything:
* Experience working in an operations/technical role within a HR function.
* Strong stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills.
* Ability to influence decision making.
* Ability to identify and drive process and system improvements to completion.
* Proven leadership, coaching, and mentoring abilities.
* Experience of working in an HR shared services environment or a Global organisation.
* Experience in reporting and data analytics in Workday, ServiceNow and/ or Oracle HRMS.
