General Practice Property Surveyor
Location: Milton Keynes
Package: £45,000 - £55,000
Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed on an opportunity to recruit an experienced General Practice Surveyor to join a well-established and highly regarded independent property consultancy based in Surrey.
About the Role
A fantastic opportunity to take on a broad general practice position covering commercial agency, landlord & tenant matters, valuations and commerical property management. This role offers exposure to a diverse portfolio including retail, office, industrial and some residential assets, alongside significant responsibility and client interaction.
You will play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of instructions while also contributing to the continued growth of the agency function.

What You'll Be Doing
7. Advising on the sale and letting of commercial property, including negotiating and progressing transactions
8. Carrying out property inspections, measurements and viewings
9. Undertaking and supporting rent reviews and lease renewals
10. Assisting with and undertaking valuations across a range of asset types
11. Supporting property management activities, including tenant liaison and inspections
12. Providing market insight and supporting investment advice
13. Building and maintaining strong client relationships
14. Producing clear and professional reports and advice
What They're Looking For
15. Proven experience within commercial property, ideally within a general practice or agency environment
16. Exposure to agency, landlord & tenant, valuations or property management
17. MRICS / AssocRICS desirable but not essential
18. Strong communication and negotiation skills
19. Commercially minded, proactive and client-focused approach
20. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
21. Full UK driving licence
Package & Details
22. Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
23. Full-time, Monday to Friday
