In the short/medium term, the role will involve working with other members of the team to develop good relationships with clients. It will also involve assisting, as a senior member of the team, with general accounting matters that arise with other staff members, reviewing accounts work and tax returns The role can involve providing project leadership / support on other matters as they arise,systematising processes, perhaps looking at IT system upgrades and inthe longer term, the role may develop in different ways depending upon how circumstances are. This position could be part of the firm's senior management and integral to the future management/development of the business.
