The Maidenhead office provides clients with a broad suite of family law services, including divorce and separation, child custody/access, maintenance, financial remedies, and cohabitation agreements. The team also places emphasis on mediation, negotiation, and alternative dispute resolution. About the Role You will be part of a busy Family Law team advising clients on: Divorce, separation, and financial remedies Child arrangements, custody, and maintenance Cohabitation agreements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements Mediation and alternative dispute resolution The role involves both client-facing work and court-based proceedings, giving you exposure to a full spectrum of family law matters.
