* Prepare, issue, and email sales invoices across the group
* Send monthly statements and carry out credit control, including phone and written follow-ups
* Ensure payments are received within agreed terms and resolve customer queries
* Download and input income transactions across various platforms
* Process monthly sales
* Maintain petty cash
* Produce invoice payment receipt forms
* Keep financial process documentation up to date
* Work to the month-end deadlines
The successful person:
* Experience within a similar role
* Strong IT skills, including Excel and a working knowledge of cloud-based systems
* Excellent attention to detail and strong numeracy
* Approachable and a strong team player
