Job Title: Customer & Marketing Integration Lead

Location: London, Norwich, Bristol, Perth, Glasgow

Length of Contract: 12 Months FTC

Overview

The C&M Integration Lead will spearhead the planning and operational integration of Customer and Marketing systems and processes. This critical role ensures seamless integration, minimises disruption, and drives the achievement of synergy targets across cross-functional workstreams including Data, Digital, and Marketing. Responsibilities involve leading project delivery, managing risks, coordinating with key internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring data integrity and compliance throughout the post-merger stabilisation phase. The role is pivotal in aligning integration activities with overall business and synergy goals.


Responsibilities

* Lead the delivery of the Customer and Marketing integration plan, ensuring alignment with overall M&A objectives and synergy goals.
* Manage the Customer and Marketing integration project from planning through execution and post-merger stabilisation.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Data, Digital, and Marketing) to ensure seamless integration across workstreams.
* Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure the timely delivery of integration milestones.
* Support the integration of customer and marketing systems and processes, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
* Serve as the key point of contact for integration-related matters with internal and external stakeholders.
* Support the Head of C&M Integration in managing engagement with the Integration Management Office (IMO).
* Promote a collaborative team culture focused on achieving integration goals and the realisation of synergies.


Essential Skills & Experience Required

* Strong experience within C&M
* Proven track record leading Change & Transformation projects
* Strong Integration background
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive decision-making.
* Leadership skills to effectively engage and manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proactive and results-oriented approach, with a relentless focus on achieving measurable business outcomes.
* High level of integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality in sensitive situations.
