We are working with our client who are a successful CNC and Assembly business based in Bishop Auckland. The ideal candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced. Responsibilities Supervise a team of CNC production staff Ensure the machinery is functional and running at optimum efficiency Ensure team hit production targets and manage any issues Ensure safe operations Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards Lead team members Track metrics Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience CNC Experience is essential Proficient in Excel and 3 year supervisory experience Act independently Strong communication skills Benefits: Excellent starting salary between 42k-45k Progression opportunities Permanent full time role Enhanced pension scheme
