A fantastic opportunity is available for an Administrator to join a dynamic and well-established business. We are a busy and award-winning design, build and maintenance company working predominantly in the leisure and hospitality industries as well as commercial and public sectors.
The Role
Organize and maintain all construction project files and documents.
Manage emails, phone calls, and communication between team members and clients.
Prepare reports, letters, meeting minutes, and other official documents.
Track and control revisions of drawings, contracts, and permits.
Assist with invoices, payment applications, and expense tracking.
Process purchase orders and keep records of materials and deliveries.
Schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections.
Keep safety records, licenses, and compliance documents up to date.
Support the project manager with progress updates and timelines.
Ensure information is accurate, well-documented, and properly filed
