Main duties of the job:
Adventurous opportunity within the Commercial Team to be part of our front of house reception at UHS.
This is a challenging and vital role for the trust as the first person that a visitor, patient, or staff member will meet when they arrive at the hospital, providing a welcoming, friendly approach at all times.

Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience
Essential Criteria
* Good standard of education with literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE pass level 4‑9 or equivalent.
* NVQ Level 2 diploma or equivalent experience.
* Experience working in a customer‑led environment.
* Competent with Microsoft Office packages.
* Evidence of computer literacy.
Desirable Criteria
* Courses or further study demonstrating personal development.
* Proficiency in hospital computerised patient systems.
* Call handling experience.
* Experience working shifts.
