Job Title: SEN Tutor Location: England, South East England, Oxfordshire Job Type: Temporary, Part-Time Primary Industry: Education and Training Secondary Industry: Education and Training Salary: £25 - £35 Per hour Job Duties: Provide individualised support and tuition to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Develop tailored learning plans for each student based on their specific needs and abilities Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to help students achieve their academic goals Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Experience working with students with SEN Knowledge of SEN support strategies and resources Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field Experience: At least 2 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students with SEN Knowledge and Skills: Strong understanding of SEN principles and best practises Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs Preferred Qualifications: Additional training in SEN support or related areas Experience with different learning styles and abilities Working Conditions: Part-Time hours, flexible schedule Work primarily in a classroom or educational setting Collaborate with other education professionals and support staff All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
