Aftersales Manager – Wimbledon
Up to £350 per day depending on experience – Immediate start role – Weekly pay available.
Our client, a busy franchised main dealership, in Wimbledon has the requirement for an experienced Aftersales Manager / Service Manager to join the established and high performing Dealership Management team on a 6-8 week contract.
Aftersales Manager / Service Manager Responsibilities
As an Aftersales Manager / Service Manager your responsibilities will include:
* Organise, coach, motivate and lead your workshop & front of house team
* Ensuring the very highest levels of customer service every time.
* Departmental profitability
* Delivering dealership and manufacturer budgets
* Controlling expenses
* Recruitment and selection, staff coaching and motivation
* Optimising workshop capacity and utilisation
* Installing, and maintaining processes
* Monitor, develop and improve CSI and customer experience
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Essential Requirements
* Minimum of 3 years’ Aftersales Manager / Service Manager experience
* Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Requirements
* Franchised Dealership Experience
* VAG dealership experience is desirable
* Kerridge experience
