Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Civil Engineer. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing infrastructure projects, including preparing engineering drawings and specifications, controlling project schedules, and ensuring compliance with applicable codes and regulations. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, performing technical calculations, conducting site visits or inspections, and identifying solutions to engineering challenges.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Civil Engineering design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant tools
* Strong knowledge of structural analysis, material properties, and geotechnical principles
* Experience in project planning, cost estimation, and quality control
* Familiarity with industry standards, building codes, and safety regulations
* Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical abilities
* Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and articulate complex concepts clearly
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; advanced degree or certifications are a plus
* Previous experience in infrastructure, construction, or large-scale engineering projects is advantageous
* Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines
