Our business is growing year on year due to our continued success as a leading provider in prison education. Site Information HMP Forest Bank is located in Pendlebury in Salford, Greater Manchester. The prison is a Category B Male Prison that accommodates remand and sentenced offenders. It offers a diverse range of education opportunities and employment support. Individuals can work towards nationally recognised qualifications. Role Responsibilities To support a comprehensive and effective administration service, including contract monitoring, as well as the effective maintenance of data relating to finance, personnel and learners. Skills, Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to: Hold Level 2 qualifications in Literacy and Numeracy, or be willing to gain within agreed timescales. Hold, or be willing to gain within agreed timescales, a Level 2 qualification related to ICT or Business Administration OR have relevant industrial experience and skills. Provide excellent customer service across a range of internal and external stakeholders Have experience contributing to an effective and efficient administration within a busy office environment. Have experience maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based data, using data recording systems as required.
