Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm (1-hour lunch)
Salary: Mid £20k’s (flexible for the right candidate)
I am working on behalf of my client, a well-established legal firm in the heart of Didsbury, who are seeking a Receptionist / Legal Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a professional, friendly environment where your presence and client-facing skills are highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering incoming telephone calls
Greeting clients face-to-face
Certifying ID and documents
Managing post, photocopying, and scanning
Ordering stationery and managing petty cash
Opening files and data input
Supporting with general administrative duties as requiredCandidate Requirements:
Any legal background is welcome (specific areas preferable but not essential)
Highly presentable, articulate, and empathetic
Professional bearing and adaptability
Confident and friendly when interacting with clients
