Behind every great building is a great team—and we’re looking for a Resident Services Assistant who’s ready to become the face of this exceptional scheme.
From the moment residents walk through the door, you’re their go-to. Whether it’s greeting a new arrival with a Welcome Pack and a smile, helping a long-term tenant with a maintenance issue, or coordinating with contractors behind the scenes—you make things happen with ease and grace.
You’ll manage emails and calls, oversee parcel deliveries and key collections, and take pride in a front desk that’s as polished as your service. You’ll walk the building, check on safety, help schedule inspections, host apartment viewings, and jump in on resident events that make this community more than just a place to live!
Your Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional, front-facing service at reception
* Respond to resident queries via phone, email, or in-person with professionalism and warmth
* Log and follow up on maintenance requests
* Take the lead on parcel management, key handling, and apartment viewings
* Support move-ins, tenancy management, and inventories
* Help plan, promote and run resident events that create buzz and belonging
* Keep the community connected through engaging resident communications
* Work with contractors and internal teams to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes
* Keep health & safety, security and compliance at the forefront
Your Experience:
* First-class communication and interpersonal skills
* Proactive, organised, and detail-driven mindset
* Tech-savvy with experience using MS Office
* A solutions-focused, can-do attitude
* Passion for community, service, and city living
* Experience in customer-facing, hospitality, property, or residential roles is a huge plus!
