Facilities Engineer
You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our facility’s infrastructure. You will be the technical authority on-site, ensuring that our resort remains a safe, compliant, and high-performing environment.
This position is site-based.
Essential requirements:
- Qualified: You hold a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Building Services Engineering or a related technical discipline such as Surveying.
- Practical/Operational Focus: You are interested in the practical application of engineering and have a preference for practical site-based work over office-based design ensuring the upkeep of essential utilities.
- Analytical & Proactive: You take a systematic, data-driven approach to maintenance and are committed to rigorous documentation and follow-up.
- Independent: You are looking for a unique opportunity to take ownership of a facility and are comfortable working in a peaceful, coastal environment.
- Work Permit: You must have UK work permit.
