Internal Finishing Manager (Contract – Stanmore, Greater London) Contract Type: Temporary, full-time Location: School site, Stanmore, Greater London Duration: Starting immediately – March next year About the Role: We're seeking an Internal Finishing Manager to oversee the quality and delivery of internal finishes on a school project in Stanmore. You’ll lead by example, ensuring all finishing trades are proactively checking and addressing their own work before progressing. Your role will include rigorous snagging of internal finishes and managing the quality assurance process to consistently deliver a high-standard finish. You will also be the primary interface with key stakeholders onsite, including the DfE Clerk of Works, and must manage this relationship with professionalism and clarity. Proficiency in using Fieldview on tablet devices is essential for daily site management and reporting tasks. Previous experience working within schools—especially coordinating and installing FFE (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment)—would be highly advantageous.
