Grae Matta Foundation is creating "Real Change" by creating Mental Health Standards & Policy. The task ahead is immense and has never been done before. With the right team, however, anything is possible.
What are we looking for?
This is a highly rewarding and varied role, and we particularly encourage applicants with a background in coordinating digital marketing campaigns, project management or content execution to apply.
Ideally you will have 5+ years of marketing experience and be sympathetic to the aims and objectives of Grae Matta Foundation.
What will you be doing?
This is a senior level position, responsible for developing and implementing marketing communications strategy, as well as branding activity within the organisation.
You will develop communication strategies to increase brand awareness of Grae Matta Foundation and the work we do in setting and amplifying mental health policy and standards.
Duties
* Develop marketing and brand strategy development to raise brand reputation and recognition across on- and offline channels.
* Market analysis and evaluation of marketing campaigns.
* Drive effective, proactive and engaging marketing initiatives
* Communicate marketing goals effectively, both within the team and the wider business.
* Create best practices and use insights to develop and implement marketing plans across the business.
The successful candidate will be a well organised, strong communicator able to give clear direction on campaign planning.
