What You'll Be Doing:
You'll play a key role in delivering top-quality service to all our guests. This is your chance to take ownership in absence of the Head Chef and be a reliable and trustworthy support across the Kitchen brigade, lead a team and work with premium British ingredients to create memorable dining experiences.
Who We're Looking For:
* A talented Sous Chef with a proven track record and experience
* A strong grasp of British produce and high-end cuisine
* A passionate, hands-on chef who thrives under pressure
* Confident running a team and mentoring junior chefs
* Holding NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) and up-to-date food hygiene certification
* Must have right to work in the UK (sponsorship not available)
