What you'll be doing
As a Retail Sales Advisor, you'll be the face of the store, helping riders find the right kit, building genuine relationships, and driving sales in a fast-paced specialist environment.
* Deliver exceptional face-to-face customer service
* Understand customer needs and recommend the perfect products
* Hit individual and team sales targets
* Keep the store looking great and stock well presented
* Learn about leading brands and share that knowledge confidently
What we are looking for
We're looking for someone passionate about learning and dedicated to making our customers happy. You should be confident, enthusiastic, and thrive in a busy retail environment. A strong command of the English language is also required. While a motorcycle license isn't required, it's a big plus!
Previous customer service experience is essential, and experience in the motorcycle retail sector would be ideal.
Don't worry if you're not a product expert yet – full training on our range is provided.

* Hours: 37.5 hours per week (Monday-Sunday, rota'd weekly)
